At Keep On Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your journey; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
